Is it really free?
Yes. No card required and nothing is gated: you see everything a reading produces. Fair-use limits apply to how often a workspace can be read and diagnosed each day.
What does it read?
Your segment definitions and sizes, your campaigns and their workflow steps, and your recent event activity: which event, which person, and when.
Can it change anything in my account?
No. Every request it makes is a read. It never sends a message, edits a campaign or deletes a contact.
Why doesn’t every finding have a dollar figure?
Pricing a finding needs your revenue per customer and a rate to compare against. Where those aren’t on file, Perennus says so instead of guessing.
How do I disconnect?
Delete the API key in your platform’s settings and access ends immediately. To delete your account and data, email us and it’s done within 30 days.
