These terms govern your use of Perennus. They cover what the service is, what it is not, what you are agreeing to when you connect a workspace, and where our responsibility ends. By creating an account or running a scan, you accept them.
Perennus connects to a supported marketing platform with read-only access, analyses the lifecycle data already in your workspace, and produces a diagnostic that scores six pillars, identifies findings, estimates the revenue associated with each finding, and recommends fixes. Perennus is operated by Isaac Olukoya, a sole operator based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Perennus is a diagnostic and reporting tool. It does not send email on your behalf, modify your campaigns, or change any data in your marketing platform.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Provide accurate information and keep it current — we may suspend accounts that use false details.
You must be authorised to connect the workspace you connect. By providing an API key or access token, you confirm that you own the account or have permission from whoever does to grant read access to its data for the purpose of running Perennus scans.
We strongly recommend issuing a key limited to read-only permissions. You can revoke our access at any time from your platform's own settings, and doing so takes effect immediately.
You are responsible for ensuring that connecting your workspace complies with your own privacy commitments to your contacts and with any law that applies to you. How we handle what we read is described in our Privacy Policy.
Every dollar figure Perennus produces — revenue at risk, recoverable revenue, and any projection on this website or in your dashboard — is a modelled estimate. It is derived from the data in your workspace and assumptions about deal value and recovery rates, some of which you supply. It is not a measurement of money you have lost, a promise of money you will recover, or a forecast you should rely on for financial planning.
Actual results depend on your market, your product, your pricing, your team's execution, and factors outside the data we can see. Perennus does not provide financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice. Findings that touch on regulation — such as flagging unsubscribed contacts inside active segments — are diagnostic observations, not legal opinions, and should be reviewed with qualified counsel before you act on them.
Case studies and figures shown on this website describe specific past engagements. They are illustrative and are not a representation that you will achieve comparable results.
We may change what is included in each plan. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, and its own terms apply to the transaction. Except where a refund is required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable — but if Perennus has genuinely failed to deliver what you paid for, email us and we will make it right. Non-payment may result in suspension or downgrade to the free tier.
Expert Team is a separate professional services engagement, not part of a Perennus software subscription. It does not include Perennus product access, and Perennus product access does not include it. Scope, deliverables, term, and fees are set out in a separate agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

If you find a security vulnerability, email us rather than disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue good-faith security research that respects user data and gives us reasonable time to fix the issue.
Customer.io, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Braze are trademarks of their respective owners. Perennus is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by any of them. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.
Perennus depends on those platforms' APIs. If a platform changes, deprecates, or restricts its API, or if your access to it lapses, some or all of the service may stop working for you. That is outside our control.
We own Perennus — the software, the diagnostic engine, the scoring methodology, the website, and the brand. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
You own your workspace data, and you own the reports generated for you. Use them internally however you like, including sharing them with your team, your investors, or your own clients. We may use anonymised, aggregated statistics across all workspaces to build benchmarks and improve the product, in a form that does not identify you or your business.
We aim to keep Perennus running continuously, but we do not offer a service level guarantee. Scans may be delayed or fail because of maintenance, platform rate limits, API outages, or faults. Scheduled scan frequency is a target, not a contractual commitment.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any finding, score, or estimate will be accurate or complete. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perennus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service — including any decision you make on the basis of a finding or estimate.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perennus and its operator against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your connection of a workspace you were not authorised to connect.
You may stop using Perennus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or that has not paid. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the unused remainder of your term. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute by email in good faith for 30 days.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Perennus after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, cancel your account.
