Simplicity & Productivity Co.
Leads were arriving. Nothing was carrying them to a purchase.
A US coaching brand with working traffic and working content. Everything between the first click and the first purchase didn’t exist, so we built it.
- 2lead funnels, split by intent stage
- Quizhow product recommendations are matched
- Autopath into the membership tier, on engagement
The situation
The middle didn’t exist.
Leads opted in, downloaded a resource, then heard nothing useful, or the same pitch regardless of who they were. There was no segmentation, no behavioural routing, and nothing connecting a first opt-in to a purchase, a repeat purchase or the membership.
The membership, the highest-value offer, had no automated path leading to it.
What we built
A lifecycle engine, end to end.
Two lead magnets, by intent
A guide for research-stage leads and an interactive quiz for action-stage leads, so intent is captured at entry, not guessed later.
Behavioural segmentation
Built from clicks, quiz answers and engagement patterns.
Quiz-matched recommendations
The right offer for the right person, based on their answers.
A journey per product
Each product carries its own nurture sequence instead of one generic track.
Post-purchase onboarding
Not “thanks for buying”, but how to get the most out of what you just bought.
A path to membership
Upsells timed to engagement signals, and long-term nurture for non-buyers until they’re ready.
Before and after
What the system does now.
No performance figure is published: the engagement predates our reporting discipline and no retained source exists, so what is claimed is the system, not a result.
What impressed me most was the depth of his thinking around retention. Instead of jumping straight into tactics, he analysed our entire customer journey and connected that with lifecycle messaging in a way that made complete sense. His audit alone was worth the investment.
Monica AnyangoFounder, Simplicity & Productivity Co.The takeaway
Traffic and content get someone to the door. Everything that decides whether they buy happens in the middle, which is the part nobody builds.
